The Equotip Piccolo 2 is an unrivaled portable rebound hardness tester for precise hardness measurement of metals using the Leeb rebound method. With its highest accuracy, robust design, and multifunctionality, it meets professional standards while offering additional user convenience.
A patented mechanism from Proceq reduces the time required for testing. The Type D impact body is triggered in a single motion and recharged for the next impact.
The basic package includes the Piccolo 2 and Piccolink PC software, which allows for device control and data exchange via USB between the testing device and PC.
This hardness tester is the smallest of its kind, combining two devices in one: the universally applicable Equotip D probe with a durable impact cap and the slim DL probe (available as an accessory), which allows testing in tight, hard-to-reach areas.
